SMC Stock Transfer Service Corporation (SMC STSC) , a wholly-owned subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation (SMC), was incorporated in the Philippines and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 22, 1993.  The registered office address of the Company is No. 40 San Miguel Avenue, Mandaluyong City.

The Company’s primary purpose is to act as transfer agent and/or registrar of corporations, to register all sales, exchanges or other transfer of shares of stock of the corporations concerned, and to enter and note such transactions in the books of the client corporations.

As of January 31, 2024, SMC STSC acts as the transfer agent of the following companies:
